INOX entered the State of Tamil Nadu with its first multiplex at Chennai Citi Center, Radhakrishnan Salai, on 19th January 2007. INOX is the first national multiplex chain to open in Chennai. Inox Chennai currently runs with 4 screens with 900+ seats. Inox has introduced its own 'concessions' (food) counter REFUEL, which is a self-managed unit with themed menus offering a range of flavored popcorns, combo meals, finger food and beverages.
